#AsianComfortChicken(Carb-Free)NoodleSoup

Yes, you heard that right… I made a chicken noodle soup but added some Asian flavors! Read on to find out more:

The ingredients I used are the following:

VEGGIES:

Untitled-3

  • bok choy
  • baby corn
  • bean sprouts
  • onion
  • carrots

SPICES:

condiments

  • garlic
  • salt
  • ginger
  • cinammon
  • I added these few things towards the end

NOODLES:

miracle noodles

  • carb-free shirataki noodles

PROTEIN:

chicken

  • chicken

I cooked all this in water until it started boiling, then I added some almond milk (you can add coconut milk or cream to make it even more coconut-y), which keeps it like a very light broth and gives it a extra different nutty taste. And finally added coconut oil and tarragon to give it that extra flavor!

My final creation turned out super tasty!
