Yes, you heard that right… I made a chicken noodle soup but added some Asian flavors! Read on to find out more:
The ingredients I used are the following:
- bok choy
- baby corn
- bean sprouts
- I added these few things towards the end
- carb-free shirataki noodles
I cooked all this in water until it started boiling, then I added some almond milk (you can add coconut milk or cream to make it even more coconut-y), which keeps it like a very light broth and gives it a extra different nutty taste. And finally added coconut oil and tarragon to give it that extra flavor!
