Healthy not Boring! Here is our snack of the day!
You can buy most of these ingredients pre-made so it will really only take you 5 minutes to make this. Who said being healthy couldn’t also be fast?
What I used to make this (you can change the flavors of any of the ingredients I used for your own taste)
- Rice Crackers (Salt & Vinegar flavor)
- Red Pepper Hummus (bought this pre-made)
- Smoked Salmon
- Olives with lemon and coriander (also found this flavor at the store)
- Sriracha (yes, I love this sauce at the moment!)
Now, I spread the hummus on the rice cracker, put salmon and olives on top and then Sriracha. Easy, breezy, tasty and healthy!
