#MexicanHomeBreakfast Meets Sriracha!

Scrambled eggs with hotdogs, tomato and onion is very common in Mexican homes. It is easy and quick to make. We however decided to experiment a bit further… by adding paprika and Sriracha sauce to the mix! Oh how home-y, international & tasty!

Here are the ingredients we used… only took us 15 minutes from fridge to table!

(Make sure you use a bit of oil so your food doesn’t stick to the pan. Also, put the onions and hot dogs in a couple of minutes before the rest of the ingredients to make sure they fully cook!)

THE VEGGIES & SPICES:

  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika powder
  • Salt
  • Sriracha Sauce

PROTEIN-

  • Scrambled eggs
  • Chicken Hot Dogs (we get nitrate free ones)

*Again, play around with your portions— if you want super spicy add lots of Sriracha and if you want animal-free take out the hot dogs. Anything is possible!
