Our favorite drink snack!

Not only is Matcha incredibly healthy and full of antioxidants, Chia seeds are also one of the world’s super foods thanks to their high fiber content and good fatty acid content!

For this reason, we have decided to make a mix of this Japanese powder Matcha and these Mayan origin Chia seeds.

To not add sugar, we have added a droplet of Vanilla Flavored Stevia. This is enough as Stevia’s sweetness is super strong.

This iced Breakfast, Lunch, Snack or Diner tea took us 5 minutes to make!

(Use portions to your tasting; just remember chia absorbs lots of water so you might need more water if you add more seeds!)

Main ingredients:


  • Matcha Powder
  • Chia Seeds
  • Vanilla Flavored Stevia liquid
  • Others: A bit of boiled water, a cup of ice and almond milk!

How to: mix the Main ingredients with a bit of boiled water, this is to make sure they blend well. You can then add these to your cup of ice. This will cool down your mixture and create more water. Finally add your almond milk and enjoy!

If you want it colder or sweeter just add more ice or stevia. Also if you want this but a hot version you can just add more boiling water and heat up some of your almond milk. It’s as easy as that!
